The recipient pays at pickup, per item, plus VAT: €1.46 up to 100 g, €2.11 up to 2 kg, €4.48 up to 30 kg.

  • Write "Posta Restante" followed by the name of the chosen CTT loja, then that loja's address.
  • Registered mail: only 6 working days after arrival at the loja.
  • A 2026 CTT price list mentions 30 days maximum storage: the discrepancy with the help page is not settled.
