On collection, the recipient pays the postage set by the tariff. Storage fees (ležarina) apply from arrival for some items. Current amounts in euros unconfirmed.

  • Only offices designated by HP hand over poste restante mail: the official list is a PDF on posta.hr.
  • Mandatory address: first and last name, "POSTE RESTANTE", postal code and name of the office. The 30 days start running as soon as the item arrives at the office.
  • Accepted documents: identity card, passport, biometric residence card...
  • Parcels and express items can also be addressed this way (based on the 2019 version of the terms, to be rechecked in the 2024 version).
